The Change
It was a change for them to have someone who listened to them and everything was done at their pace, information was discussed depending on how much or little they wanted to know.
The Impact
They were happy to have me visit them at home, the things they wanted were achieved and following bereavement, immediate and longer term support could be provided by a familiar face.
