If you're having problems booking onto one of our RCOT run events, please follow the steps below to make your booking.
Registering on our website is the first essential step before booking onto an event.
1. Register on our website
If you haven’t used your RCOT web account since 17 November 2021, your previous login details will not be working – please re-register your details at our registration page.
You’ll need your BT membership number and your RCOT registered email (the one you supplied for your membership) to complete this.
If you’re not an RCOT member you will still need to register and follow the same steps to create an account.
Key tips:

Don’t type anything in the username or password field. Click straightaway on “Register your account” – the purple wording at the bottom of the login box

Account registration is only complete after you click on the activation link in the email you receive.

2. Having trouble registering?
If you’ve followed the steps set out in the video and still can’t register please contact our digital team on digital.team@rcot.co.uk if you have any questions about this.
Finished your website registration? Now, it’s time to book your event.
After you’ve registered on our website, find your event link, and go through the booking process.
3. Finished your website registration and you’re having issues? Get in touch with our event team.
If you’ve registered/re-registered your account and have queries with your event booking, please contact our events team at Events.ExhibitionsOfficer@rcot.co.uk.
If you are having issues booking onto a Specialist Section or Region event, please contact our Connections and Communities Team.
They’ll be in touch with you as quickly as they can. They will try to get back to you within two days, but they are experiencing a high volume of enquiries so please bear with them. They will be in touch.
