Management
Management can be defined as organising and guiding the actions and behaviours of a team(s) of people on a day-to-day basis. Management consists of organising, planning, controlling, and directing an organisation's resources to deliver agreed business objectives.
Occupational therapists are managers at many different levels, from managing support staff through to managing at a senior level. RCOT has the following resources for managers which have been mapped to the Four Pillars of Practice and the nine Career Levels in the RCOT Career Development Framework (2021), to help you identify suitable opportunities and materials for your own learning and development.
