Specialist Section - Major Health Conditions – Developing an Outpatient Occupational Therapy Service within a national Proton Beam Service webinar (Cancer Care Clinical Forum)

Abigail Taylor is a Specialist Proton Beam Occupational Therapist working at the Christie NHS Foundation Trust. Abigail will provide an overview of the proton beam service at Christie and share her experiences of developing an outpatient occupational therapy service and embedding the Oncology Occupational Performance Screening Tool into the clinical pathway. Abigail has used this screening to identify the occupational needs of patients, as well as promote the role of occupational therapy within a cancer outpatient setting.

This informative webinar is for occupational therapists who are working within cancer care or for occupational therapists working in other clinical settings, who are developing outpatient services. It is a great opportunity to share best practice and network with other occupational therapists working in similar settings.
