Join us for a fantastic opportunity to learn, inspire and support one another.
We are pleased to have a special guest, Susan Gee, joining us for this peer support session about how OH is expanding to utilise more diverse workforce and how OT can fit into this. Susan Gee is an experienced occupational health professional and Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing at Yorkshire Water. The session will be chaired by Jo Vallom-Smith and Carina Knight with a Q&A session and peer support for members who are interested in or who are already working in occupational health/vocational rehabilitation.
Susan Gee is an inspiring clinician and leader who has an outstanding record of achievement created through the development and implementation of robust strategies, initiatives, and organisational change in occupational health. She has been a visiting lecturer in sickness absence management at Leeds Becket University and she has a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Health, an MA in Health Care Law and an MSc in Leadership and Change in Health and Social Care. We are looking forward to talking with her about the skills that OTs bring to work settings and how we as a profession can promote ourselves and develop new opportunities."
