This resource will assist you to consolidate your learning from a formal or informal professional development event, resource or opportunity. It has three sections. The first two are the same as “Five-minute reflection: capture your learning” (available in the Bite-Sized Learning page). The third section supports you to map, reflect and plan your learning in greater depth.

Career Development Pillar and Career Levels: Leadership 1-9

The King’s Fund has created a framework to support you to think through and understand your contribution to tackling health inequalities, whatever your role. The framework details how you can raise awareness, take action and optimise advocacy.

The Elizabeth Casson Trust has many different resources on topics such as Leadership, Mentoring and Newly Qualified, together with a range of online Masterclasses.

Particularly helpful to you may be the guide ‘Finding perspective in tough situations’. It’s aimed at newly qualified occupational therapists, but applies to many situations, including starting and persevering with a PhD, coping with Imposter Syndrome, and adapting to challenging circumstances.
